Precautions for use
It is best to test any essential oil that can be used topically before using it (two drops in the crook of the elbow for at least 24 hours to check for a reaction).
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse the eye thoroughly with vegetable oil on a cotton pad or other cloth. Never apply or pour pure essential oil into the nose, ears, on the skin, or on mucous membranes unless otherwise indicated by your therapist.
Wash hands after using essential oils. Do not leave essential oil bottles within reach of children.
